Hi! I’m Shane. Real estate broker and the “design guy” for the PBNW Homes Team. I love working with our team and delving into the countless opportunities this industry offers. It’s exciting to walk beside folks throughout their home buying or selling journey and cheer them on along the way. My specialty is preparing homes for sale, turning them into showstoppers that will receive top dollar. Helping people imagine living in a specific home and area—then handing over their keys to start this new chapter of life—is my pride and joy.

Born and raised in eastern Washington, I understand the allure of the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy meeting people and reassuring them about our processes, letting them know they’re in highly capable and caring hands. Leveraging my former experience as a licensed therapist, I connect with people easily. I listen to their concerns and make them feel secure about what we do on their behalf. It’s cool to feel the energy change when clients give us their trust—when they know and believe everything is going to fall into place.

Our team wants the best for every client and every situation. I’ve watched kids at open houses so parents can take in a home. I’ve also lent a hand to redecorate, landscape and declutter clients’ homes to ensure they meet their financial goals. Empowering people to feel seen and supported speaks to the deepest part of me.

When I’m not on the job, I’m in full-time dad mode. I’m either prepping dinner (I love to cook) or driving my kiddos to endless activities. I cherish spending time on Whidbey Island with my family, which includes Phillip. He’s my husband. Together, we make a great team. We look forward to working with you!
