Hi! I’m Billy. Real estate broker and team member of PBNW Homes Team. Known as “007” by colleagues, I make the home buying and selling process smooth by using my supersleuth skills to answer questions and address concerns. I’m strategic and analytical with decisions. It feels incredible to gain a client’s trust, knowing I’ll exceed expectations. I love meeting people, listening to their stories, and making the city I adore even better by finding good people a place to call home.

After graduating college, I lived in San Francisco for six years before moving back to Seattle. In 2019, I acquired my real estate license. I’m the local guy with a treasure trove of market knowledge and experience. I’m familiar with the evolution and charm of various neighborhoods in the Puget Sound, so I can cater to people’s interests and needs. I take pride in the strong community I’ve built within real estate, locally and beyond.

I’m known to be direct and honest. I fight fairly but ruthlessly for your best interests. I leverage market knowledge, expertise and instinct to help you reach your goals and get the best deal. I’m empathetic to shifting situations and adapt quickly to tight deadlines. If you ping me with a question, I’m efficient and thorough in my response. We’re not done until you’re satisfied. I like to spend my little free time hanging out under a bright orange umbrella in one of Seattle’s many gorgeous parks. And catching up with friends. I love hiking, skiing, playing music and exploring the outdoors with my husband Nathan. We live in Capitol Hill.
